Because I truly CARE, and think it is about time others(who care) learn the real truth! Declawing is NOT recommended by True feline experts, for very good reason. It CAN adversely change personality. It IS severely painful, no matter what method is used. It IS bone amputation, it does damage and severe tendons, and nerves as well. NOT a simple surgery. Declawing is NEVER OK- not for a kitten, and not for an adult cat. It is PERMANENT damage to your cat or kitten. The U.S. is one of the ONLY civilized countries, besides Canada that even allow it. It is a big *Cash cow*, and so, is likely to remain *the legal cruelty* till laws slowly change. Cats CAN easily be trained, there are NUMEROUS, humane alternatives to protecting your furniture. Why Cats NEED their claws (no cat is *perfectly happy* without them!)
Though Ragdolls are a very docile breed, they are known to like "introductions"first- allowing you to earn their trust. They are an intelligent and very people orientated feline breed.
However, if you are looking for a cat that does not shed, or one that will tollerate abusive treatment by children, or adults, please think of buying a robo-cat, or a "furreal kitty -made by Hasbro- they are very life-like. you don't have to train them, you can do whatever you want with them, and they don't shed. Kids Love them, so will you. So give serious thought to your reason for wanting a real live kitten/cat personality.

Before you get a kitten!
Besides my cattery of healthy. QUALITY kittens, I care for a number of strays and ferals which are often unadoptable. Totally seperate from my cattery facility.
I take pride in the kittens I raise, and honestly answer all HONEST questions. However, to reduce the number of emails asking questions out of curiosity without concern, and to cover routine, important questions, I have designed this page.
a. I have special goals which do not include showing or encouraging further pro-creation.
b. I do NOT wish my kittens to be showcats ( I do not believe in animals being exploited )
c. I do NOT sell to pet brokers, petshops or breeders ( I sell only one on one so I KNOW where they are going)- and NEVER want to see ANY cat or kitten mutilated again by declaw surgery!
d. My kittens are bred as PETS only and I try to specialise in HEALTH, TEMPERAMENT

2.I refuse to sell a kitten to anyone who cannot provide a veterinarian refference
3. I refuse to sell kittens to anyone who feels declawing a cat is a necesary procedure. DECLAWING IS OUTLAWED HERE!-under signed contract~
4. I am a CLOSED, STATE-LICENSED facility. I regularly vaccinate, have vet and state inspection, and feed my animals premium foods as well as recommending the same to adoptees. Kittens leave with vaccinations as well as dewormed.
5. I sell at lower prices simply because I am fussy about where they go, I have discovered a high income and afordability only to those with a higher income DOES NOT insure my kittens a good, loving, responsible home, (often just the opposite.) (RESPONSIBLE, caring *forever* homes is the only requirement!)
6. My adult cattery cats have ALL been tested more than once, and are negative for FIV and FeLv
7. Kittens are well socialized from birth on. They can be seen in cubicles in the cattery or in my home, as you choose. Kittens are brought into my home after weaning. I do not allow children under age 12, or more than 4 people in the cattery at one time./
8. I do not *linebreed*, and therefore, perhaps is the reason I have not experienced health problems often associated with the Ragdoll breed.
-All colorpoints adoption fees are very reasonable-
20% down will hold a kitten till homecoming, 50% down holds an older kitten or cat
-all other kittens considerably lower priced-with the exception of pure white and silver
-Older kittens available occasionally already neutered or spayed
